Change my name, I remain the same...

...in the words of Moloko, yes we have changed our name but the vision for this blog remains the same.  We see Bijoux as a go-to place to inspire you, but in a broader sense than what has come before! Miss J will be taking the reigns in a more full time capacity posting more regularly about all sorts of things from her daily world of fashion to her at home love of baking and fancy dress and our shared loves of interiors and objets d'art.  Miss R will also be introducing new prints hot off the press to our audience.  We hope that our new life as The Bijoux Editrix will become like an online diary of cool things on our radar that we want to share with you all.  

Our blog began in 2009 in it’s first incarnation as The Bijoux Bootcar where we brought you tales of hidden treasures discovered whilst enjoying one of our favourite weekend past times -  visiting boot sales and antique fairs in Britain. We hoped that our love of collecting curiosities from our travels to transform and enhance our homes would inspire you too. So now in June 2011 after realising there were many other topics we wished to talk about we have renamed ourself and are reborn as The Bijoux Editrix.  We will be posting about anything and everything that we come across that we love including fashion, food, beauty, interiors and art.  Oh and expect to be kept well updated on the progress of Miss R's first dog - Mr Bailey!
